Boulder Bash is now available on Google Play!
It's a match-3 puzzle game set deep underground. Swap gems and boulders to make matches, set off chain reactions, and dig your way down through 100 levels across five very different mines.
Five mines, each with its own hazard
- Mountain Mine: learn the ropes with cracked rock, ice and ore to dig out
- Arctic Dig: frozen gems that won't budge until you break them free
- Fossil Beds: huge fossils spread across several cells, which you uncover all at once or not at all
- Sunken Trench: water that spreads across the board while you work
- Volcano: lava that rises from below and burns cells away, so the board keeps shrinking
Blasting gear
Bigger matches build specials. Match four in a line for dynamite, an L or T shape for a pickaxe that clears a whole row or column, a 2x2 square for a TNT crate that throws sticks at whatever you still need, or five in a row for a colour charge that wipes out every gem of one colour. Swap two specials together and they combine into something much louder. Chain reactions are uncapped, so one blast can set off the next, and the one after that.
If you're stuck, swing a sledgehammer or fire a mining laser. You pay for both with coins you earn by playing, never with real money.
Fair by design
Every level is played hundreds of times by a bot before it ships. That sets its goals and star targets, so a hard level is hard on purpose and every level can be beaten. Coins come from making progress, not from replaying easy levels, so there's nothing to grind.
